Terms of Use - Remind & Greet (Telegram bot)

1. Service. The bot lets you set reminders and keep birthday/anniversary lists, in private chats, in groups where it is a member, and through Telegram Guest mode and inline mode. Using it means you accept these terms and the Telegram Terms of Service.
2. No guarantee of delivery. Reminders are delivered on a best-effort basis, about one minute after the due time, and are retried if Telegram or our host has a temporary problem. A reminder can be late, missed, or (rarely) delivered twice. Do not rely on the bot for anything safety-critical, medical, legal-deadline or financial-deadline related. A reminder cannot be delivered if you blocked the bot or never pressed Start in a private chat with it.
3. Your content. You are responsible for what you put into reminders and dates. Do not use the bot to harass, spam or to store sensitive personal data about others. Reminders created in a shared chat through Guest mode are visible to everyone in that chat. We may remove content or block users who abuse the bot.
4. Free plan and Pro. Free: 5 active reminders and 10 dates per chat. Pro: 120 Telegram Stars for 30 days, either as a monthly subscription that renews automatically until you cancel it with /cancel (Pro then stays active until the end of the paid period), or as a single 30-day payment: unlimited reminders and dates (fair-use ceilings of 1000 reminders and 500 dates apply), recurring reminders, per-reminder time zones, a custom digest hour, CSV export. Prices may change; the price at the time of payment applies. When Pro expires your data stays, and you return to the Free limits (existing items are kept, new ones are limited).
5. Payments and refunds. Payments are made with Telegram Stars through Telegram; Telegram's terms apply to the payment itself. If Pro did not activate, or you want a refund within 7 days of payment, use /paysupport or write to support@dobriedela.com with your payment id. Refunds are issued in Stars through Telegram and end the Pro period. Nothing in these terms limits statutory consumer rights where they apply.
6. Availability. The service may change, pause or end. If we end it we will give notice in the bot where possible and will not leave a paid period unserved without a refund for the unused time.
7. Liability. To the extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is", and our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as a missed appointment. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Law. The laws of GOVERNING_LAW_PLACEHOLDER apply, without removing mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
