What the bot is
A Telegram bot that sets reminders from plain-English messages and keeps lists of birthdays and anniversaries. It runs on Cloudflare Workers with a Cloudflare D1 database.
What we store, why, and for how long

We do not store your messages in general, your phone number, contacts, chat history or member lists. We run no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, and we do not sell or share data.
Guest mode and groups
- Guest mode (Telegram feature, Bot API 10.0): when you mention the bot in a chat it was not added to, Telegram gives the bot only the message that mentions it and, if present, the message it replies to. The bot cannot see anything else in that chat, nor its members. We use the mention text (and the replied-to text only if you give no task text) to create your reminder. The bot's answer is posted in that chat, so everyone there can see it, including the reminder text and the bot name. Do not put secrets in a reminder you create in a shared chat.
- If you add the bot to a group, it reacts to commands and to messages that mention it. The morning note names the people or labels that were added as dates in that chat.
- Because the bot cannot post later into a chat it is not a member of, guest reminders are delivered to your private chat with the bot.
Where data is processed
On Cloudflare (hosting, D1 database, scheduled jobs) and through the Telegram Bot API. Both may process data outside your country. Payments in Telegram Stars are handled by Telegram; we receive only the payment id, user id and amount.
Your rights
You can list and delete your reminders and dates in the bot (/list, /cancel, /deldate). To access, correct or delete everything we hold about you, write to support@dobriedela.com with your Telegram user id; we answer within 30 days. If you are in the EU/EEA/UK you have the GDPR rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and may complain to your data protection authority. Legal basis: performing the service you ask for (Art. 6(1)(b)) and, for payment records, legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)).
Children
The bot is not directed at children under 16. Do not use it if you are under 16 without a parent's consent.
