1. Service. The bot offers English-to-Spanish vocabulary flashcards (levels A1-A2) with spaced repetition, quizzes, a daily reminder and progress statistics, in private chats. Using it means you accept these terms and the Telegram Terms of Service.
2. Learning aid, no guarantee. The cards are study material written for this bot. Translations follow common, neutral Spanish with a Latin American lean; regional usage differs, and a card can be incomplete or simplified. We do not promise any exam result or level of fluency. Report mistakes through support@dobriedela.com and we will correct them.
3. Daily reminder. The reminder is sent on a best-effort basis around the hour you choose. It can be late or missed (for example during an outage, or if you blocked the bot, which switches reminders off). Your streak depends on you studying; a missed reminder does not change the rules of the streak.
4. Free plan and Pro. Free: up to 3 decks at a time and 20 cards answered per local day. Pro: 200 Telegram Stars for 30 days, a single payment that does not renew automatically: all decks, no daily limit, statistics and CSV export. Prices may change; the price at the time of payment applies. When Pro expires your progress stays, and you return to the Free limits (decks beyond the first 3 are paused, not deleted).
5. Payments and refunds. Payments are made with Telegram Stars through Telegram; Telegram's terms apply to the payment itself. If Pro did not activate, or you want a refund within 7 days of payment, use /paysupport or write to support@dobriedela.com with your payment id. Refunds are issued in Stars through Telegram and end the Pro period. Nothing in these terms limits statutory consumer rights where they apply.
6. Your conduct. Do not abuse the bot (automated mass requests, attempts to break limits). We may block users who do.
7. Content. The card content is provided for your personal study. Do not copy and resell it.
8. Availability. The service may change, pause or end. If we end it we will give notice in the bot where possible and will not leave a paid period unserved without a refund for the unused time.
9. Liability. To the extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is", and our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. This does not limit liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Privacy. See the Privacy Policy at https://dobriedela-bots.pages.dev/legal/tg-flashcards-es. You can delete your data at any time with /forget.
11. Law. The laws of GOVERNING_LAW_PLACEHOLDER apply, without removing mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence.
