What the bot is
A Telegram bot that teaches Spanish vocabulary with flashcards and spaced repetition. It runs on Cloudflare Workers with a Cloudflare D1 database and talks to you through the Telegram Bot API.
What we store, why, and for how long

| Your Telegram numeric user id | To tell users apart | While the account exists |
| Time zone you set (default UTC), reminder hour, on/off flag, a flag that you opened a private chat, card direction setting | To send the daily reminder at your local hour and to show cards the way you chose | While the account exists |
| Decks you chose | To pick the next card | While the account exists |
| Per-card learning state: card id, direction, ease, interval, repetitions, lapses, due day, last review time | To schedule reviews (SM-2) | While the account exists |
| Daily counts: cards reviewed, cards answered "known", new cards (per local day) | Daily limits on the Free plan, streak, statistics | 400 days, then deleted automatically |

We do not store the text of your messages, your name, username, phone number, contacts, photos or chat history. The bot only reacts to commands and button taps. We run no analytics, no advertising, no tracking, and we do not sell or share data. Card answers are tapped as buttons ("Didn't know", "Knew it", "Easy"); we never see what you thought of.
Groups
The bot works in private chats only. In a group it answers a command with a short pointer to the private chat and stores nothing from the group.
Where data is processed
On Cloudflare (hosting, D1 database, scheduled jobs) and through the Telegram Bot API. Both may process data outside your country. Payments in Telegram Stars are handled by Telegram; we receive only the payment id, user id and amount.
Your rights
- Delete: send /forget and confirm. This deletes your settings, decks, learning progress, daily counts, streak and open quiz at once. Payment records are kept for accounting.
- Export: Pro users can export their learning progress with /export (CSV). To get a copy of everything we hold, write to support@dobriedela.com with your Telegram user id; we answer within 30 days.
- If you are in the EU/EEA/UK you have the GDPR rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and may complain to your data protection authority. Legal basis: performing the service you ask for (Art. 6(1)(b)) and, for payment records, legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)).

The bot is not directed at children under 16. Do not use it if you are under 16 without a parent's consent.
